Terra Bávaro works in Bávaro and Punta Cana. The buyers are often elsewhere: a family comparing a condo with a villa, an owner who wants a straight price, an investor who has been shown a yield that does not survive February.
We know the developers, the gates and the streets because we are here. That is the job. The result we are aiming for is a purchase you understand, not a tour you remember.
