Terra Bávaro is a real estate desk in Bávaro, Dominican Republic. This page explains what happens to information you give us. It is written in plain language. It is not a substitute for advice on the data laws that apply to you.

What we receive

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp and by us in the thread. We use it to answer you and, if you become a client, to carry the purchase or the sale. If you email us, the same is true of the mailbox.

The forms on this website do not send or store your message yet. If you use one, nothing is transmitted. Until a form is connected, WhatsApp and email are the channels that reach the desk.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details. We do not hand them to a portal so that other agencies can call you. We share what a lawyer, a notary or a building administrator needs in order to do their part of your file, and we tell you when we do.

How long

Inquiry messages are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable time after, so we can remember what we already told you. A file that reaches a contract is kept as the law and our professional duty require.

Your request

To ask what we hold, or to ask us to correct or delete an inquiry, write to info@terrabavaro.com. If a purchase is underway, some records cannot be deleted until the file is closed.
