This website is published by Terra Bávaro, a real estate advisory in Bávaro, Dominican Republic. By using it you agree to the points below. If you become a client, the engagement we sign with you governs that work. These terms govern the site.

Listings

A listing is an invitation to inquire, not an offer. Price, availability, measurements, fees and furnishings must be confirmed in writing before you reserve or pay anything. Photographs can be of a sample line. Status badges are updated when we know of a change, and they can lag.

Some entries may be a sample collection used until the desk publishes live documents. Where that is the case, the site says so.

Not advice

Notes on this site about tax, title, CONFOTUR, closing costs and rental income are general. They are not legal, tax or investment advice, and they are not a promise of a result. Decisions of that kind belong with a qualified lawyer and, where it applies, a tax adviser, looking at your file.

No agency until we agree

Reading the site, or sending a message, does not by itself make us your agent. We act for you when we have agreed to, and the scope of that work is the agreement, not a page on this website.

The site itself

We may change or remove pages without notice. We are not liable for a decision made only from this website, or for a third-party site we link to, including maps and WhatsApp.
