Cortecito is the walkable beach in the middle of Bávaro: sand, restaurants, and a local crowd as well as visitors. The streets immediately behind the beach hold houses and small buildings, not only towers.
It is less gated and more mixed. That is the appeal, and it is also why a quiet bedroom and a realistic view of the street matter more than a rendering.
